Now with the Vega Model 2785502 converter board users can upgrade their Allen Bradley 1391 drives with either the Ultra™ 3000 or the Kinetix™ 6000 drive without having to replace their 1326 motors.

The Allen Bradley 1326 motors use resolvers for shaft position feedback. The Vega 2785502 converter boards provide encoder and Hall sensor type signals from motors using resolver feedback. This Allows the Ultra™ 3000 and the Kinetix™ 6000 drives to control the 1326 motors.

The Ultra™3000 family of drives are used in applications from simple standalone indexing to multi-axis integrated motion. Ranging from 110V to 460V power input, these high-performance, digital servo drives meet global voltage requirements and provide flexibility to perform in a variety of machine control architectures.

The Kinetix™ 6000 multi-axis servo drive combines advanced control capability with innovative design features to significantly improve system performance while saving time and money. Designed to make wiring, programming, operation and diagnostics faster and easier, these drives can decrease OEM engineering and installation time while adding flexibility for demanding motion applications.
